Yes, Vijai...see, they threw up "in" their mouths. Not "from" their mouths. slight difference.
You make nonsense distinction. How can mouth be terminal state of vomit? Vomit must go somewhere outside of mouth or we do not talk of vomit but of something else I do not have words or stomach for.
